High-grade pure zinc wire (Zn 99.995%) is produced from SHG (Special High Grade) zinc ingots through continuous casting and cold drawing processes. The wire offers excellent ductility and consistent diameter for thermal spray (metallizing), arc spray, and flame spray applications providing sacrificial corrosion protection to steel structures.
Available in precision-wound spools for automated thermal spray guns, coils for flame spray torches, and bulk drums for high-volume industrial metallizing. The 99.995% purity ensures optimal spray performance with minimal nozzle clogging and superior coating adhesion.
