Stainless steel coils and strips are flat-rolled products available in austenitic (201, 304/304L, 316L), ferritic (430, 410S), and duplex (2205) grades. Produced through hot rolling (HR) or cold rolling (CR) with subsequent annealing and pickling, these coils offer excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and surface quality.
201 stainless steel offers an economical alternative to 304 with lower nickel content and good mechanical properties for indoor applications. 304/304L provides the industry standard for general corrosion resistance. 316L with molybdenum addition delivers superior pitting resistance for marine and chemical environments. 430 ferritic stainless provides good corrosion resistance at a lower cost for appliance and automotive trim applications.

All stainless steel coils are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Testing: PMI (XRF/OES 100%), chemical analysis per heat, mechanical (tensile, yield, elongation, hardness HRB/HRC), dimensional (thickness profile, width, edge camber, flatness), surface roughness Ra (for 2B/BA/polished finishes), intergranular corrosion (ASTM A262 Practice E for austenitic grades), pitting resistance (ASTM G48 for 316L/duplex). Mill Test Certificates per EN 10204 3.1 with full traceability.
Surface Protection: Laser/PE film (50-70ΞΌm) applied to top surface (both sides optional) preventing scratches during handling and fabrication. Interleaving kraft paper for mirror/BA finishes. Edge protection rings.
Packaging: Eye-to-sky on wooden pallets or steel cradles. Wrapped with anti-rust VCI paper + PE film. Secured with 4-6 steel strapping bands. Maximum 2 coils per 20ft container.
Storage: Store in dry, ventilated warehouse away from carbon steel to prevent iron contamination. Keep original packaging intact until use. Avoid exposure to chlorides.
