High purity zinc plates (99.99%+) are manufactured from SHG (Special High Grade) zinc ingots through hot rolling or cold rolling processes. Zinc plates offer excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and workability making them ideal for architectural roofing, sacrificial anodes, printing, and chemical applications. Cold rolled zinc plates provide a smooth surface finish suitable and tight thickness tolerances for precision applications.
Available in a wide range of thicknesses from thin foil (0.1mm) to heavy plate (100mm). Custom dimensions, edge preparation, and surface finishes available upon request.
