Seamless carbon steel pipes are manufactured from solid round billets through piercing, hot rolling, cold drawing, and finishing processes. Without any weld seam, these pipes offer homogeneous structure, superior strength, and excellent pressure-bearing capacity making them the preferred choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and critical applications.
Available in hot rolled (general purpose, larger sizes) and cold drawn (precision, smaller sizes) variants. Widely used in oil & gas transportation, boiler and heat exchanger tubes, mechanical and structural applications, and chemical processing.

All seamless pipes are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Each pipe undergoes: hydrostatic pressure testing (up to 20MPa), ultrasonic flaw detection (100% for high-pressure grades), eddy current inspection, mechanical testing (tensile, yield, elongation, flattening, bend, impact at -20Β°C to -46Β°C), chemical composition analysis via spectrometer, and dimensional verification. Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) provided with every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV available.
Surface Protection: Bare pipes: pickled and oiled. Coated pipes: black paint / anti-rust varnish / hot-dip galvanized / 3PE anti-corrosion coating. PVC end caps for threaded pipes. Waterproof wrapping available.
Packaging: Hexagonal bundles with steel strapping for small OD; loose packing with spacers for large OD. Wooden pallets or crates for precision/cold-drawn pipes. Custom labeling, color band marking per API specification.
Shipping: Container vessel from Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai. 20ft: up to 28 tons. 40ft: up to 28 tons. Break bulk for large diameter/heavy wall pipes.
