Stainless steel bars are solid long products available in round, square, flat, hexagonal, and angle shapes. Manufactured through hot rolling, cold drawing, forging, or peeling processes depending on size, tolerance, and surface finish requirements. Austenitic grades (304/304L, 316/316L, 321) offer excellent corrosion resistance and formability. Martensitic grades (410, 420) provide high strength and wear resistance through heat treatment. Ferritic grade 430 offers good corrosion resistance at lower cost. Duplex 2205 combines high strength with superior stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Available with black (hot rolled), bright (cold drawn/peeled), or polished surface finishes. Custom cutting, chamfering, drilling, and threading services available.
