Cold drawn seamless boiler pipes are precision steel tubes manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and low-alloy steel billets. Through cold drawing process, these pipes achieve superior dimensional accuracy (tighter OD/WT tolerances), smoother internal and external surfaces, and enhanced mechanical properties compared to hot rolled pipes. Grades E355, E470, and St52 offer excellent strength-to-weight ratios making them ideal for high-pressure boiler, superheater, and heat exchanger applications.
These pipes undergo phosphating, pickling, and annealing treatments to meet the strictest requirements for boiler and pressure vessel service. Available in custom lengths with plain or bevelled ends. All pipes are hydrostatically tested and ultrasonically inspected to ensure zero defects.

All cold drawn boiler pipes are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Testing includes: 100% hydrostatic pressure testing, 100% ultrasonic flaw detection (per EN 10246-7/8), eddy current inspection, mechanical testing (tensile, yield strength, elongation, hardness, flattening, flaring, reverse flattening, impact at -20°C), chemical composition analysis (OES spectrometer), surface roughness measurement, and full dimensional inspection. Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) provided with every shipment.
Surface Protection: Phosphated and oiled (standard for E355/St52), pickled and oiled, or bright annealed finish. Each pipe individually coated with anti-rust oil before packaging.
Packaging: PVC end caps on both ends, bundled in hexagonal shape with steel strapping, wrapped in waterproof tarpaulin or packed in seaworthy wooden crates. Maximum bundle weight: 2.5 tons. Custom labeling and color band marking per client specification.
Shipping: Container vessel from Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai. 20ft container: up to 25 tons. Break bulk shipment available for large quantities. Delivery worldwide.
