PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coil) uses an aluminum-zinc plated steel substrate (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, 1.6% silicon) as the base metal. The substrate undergoes surface treatment including degreasing, phosphating, and chromating, then receives an organic coating applied by baking at high temperature. The aluminum-zinc substrate delivers superior corrosion and heat resistance, while the surface coating provides excellent aesthetic versatility. Compared to standard PPGI, PPGL offers smoother surface, better corrosion resistance, and superior high-temperature performance. Service life can reach 25+ years.
