Galvanized square and rectangular steel profiles (hollow structural sections) are manufactured from ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) carbon steel tubes that are subsequently galvanized for corrosion protection. Available in both pre-galvanized (coil galvanized before forming) and hot-dip galvanized (fabricated tube dipped in molten zinc) options to meet different application requirements.
These profiles offer an excellent combination of strength-to-weight ratio, torsional rigidity, aesthetic appearance, and corrosion resistance. Widely used in construction frameworks, fencing, gates, handrails, greenhouse structures, solar panel mounting systems, machinery frames, and general fabrication. Available in various sizes with plain or finished ends.

All galvanized profiles are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Testing includes: dimensional verification (side length, wall thickness at center of each face, length, straightness β€0.15% of length, twist β€2mm/m + 0.5mm/m per meter), zinc coating verification (gravimetric or XRF method), mechanical testing (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, flattening test to verify weld integrity β flatten to 2/3 of original height without cracking), bend test (90Β° around mandrel), and surface quality inspection (no lamination, no slivers, no zinc lumps). Mill Test Certificates per EN 10204 3.1 provided.
Surface Protection: Pre-galvanized: uniform zinc spangle, chromated & oiled for white rust protection. HDG: thick zinc-iron alloy layer per ISO 1461, dull grey appearance. Threaded profiles: zinc-rich paint touch-up on threads.
Packaging: Bundled in square stacks with steel strapping (3-5 straps per bundle). Bundle weight: 500kg β 2 tons. Wooden spacers between layers for heavy profiles. Edge protectors applied. Waterproof wrapping for sea freight. Custom labeling and barcoding available.
Shipping: Container vessel from Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai. 20ft: up to 26 tons. 40ft: up to 27 tons (max length 11.8m). Break bulk for extra-long profiles (>12m).
