Color coated profiled sheets (also known as corrugated roofing sheets or trapezoidal sheets) are manufactured by roll-forming prepainted steel coils into various profiles. The base material is galvanized or galvalume steel with PE/SMP/HDP/PVDF coating, providing excellent weather resistance, corrosion protection, and aesthetic appeal for roofing and wall cladding applications.
Available in a wide range of profiles: corrugated (sinusoidal/wave), trapezoidal (T-shape), tile profile (Spanish/ Roman tile), and standing seam. Sheets can be supplied cut-to-length with custom punching and accessories. The anti-corrosion coating combined with the zinc/aluminum substrate ensures 15-30 years of service life depending on the coating type and environmental conditions.

All profiled sheets are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Testing includes: base metal thickness verification, coating thickness (DFT), color measurement (ΞEβ€1.5), gloss test (60Β°), T-bend flexibility, impact resistance, salt spray corrosion test (ASTM B117), dimensional inspection (cover width, rib height, rib pitch, length, straightness). Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) available.

Transportation: Container vessel (20ft/40ft) from Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai. Sheets up to 5.8m fit in standard 20ft container. 11.8m sheets fit in 40ft container. Extra-long sheets (up to 18m) shipped via break bulk or flat rack container.
