Product Description

Stainless steel pipes are premium corrosion-resistant tubular products manufactured from high-quality austenitic, duplex, and super duplex stainless steel grades. Available in seamless (pierced from solid billet) and welded (formed from stainless steel strip/plate) constructions, these pipes offer exceptional resistance to oxidation, acids, chlorides, and extreme temperatures.

Grades 304/304L provide excellent general corrosion resistance for most applications. 316/316L with added molybdenum offers superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chloride environments. Duplex grades 2205 and 2507 deliver twice the strength of austenitic grades with outstanding stress corrosion cracking resistance. Widely used in chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, marine, and architectural applications.

Quality & Packaging

All stainless pipes are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 / PED 2014/68/EU certified quality management system. Testing includes: 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification via XRF or OES), hydrostatic pressure test (1.5Γ— design pressure, minimum 10 seconds hold), ultrasonic flaw detection (EN 10246-7/8 for seamless, EN 10246-9 for welded), eddy current inspection (EN 10246-3), mechanical testing (tensile at room temp, yield, elongation, hardness HRB/HRC, flattening to 1/2 OD without cracking, flaring, reverse flattening, bend test), intergranular corrosion test per ASTM A262 Practice E (sensitized at 675Β°C/1hr, boiled in Cu-CuSO4-H2SO4 for 16hrs β€” no cracking after bend), chemical composition analysis via OES spectrometer, surface roughness measurement (Ra for polished pipes). Mill Test Certificates per EN 10204 3.1 with full chemical and mechanical traceability for each heat number.

Marking: Each pipe marked with: manufacturer logo, material grade (e.g., TP316L), heat number, OD Γ— WT, standard (e.g., ASTM A312), and length. Laser engraving or stencil marking available.

Packaging: PVC end caps on both ends, bundled in hexagonal shape with stainless steel or galvanized strapping, wrapped in waterproof tarpaulin or packed in wooden crates (for polished/surface-critical pipes). Each bundle tagged with heat number and specifications. Maximum 2 tons per bundle.
