High purity zinc round rods/bars are manufactured from SHG (Special High Grade, Zn 99.995%) zinc ingots through extrusion, hot rolling, or continuous casting processes. These bars offer excellent corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity, and high dimensional accuracy making them ideal for sacrificial anodes, electroplating anodes, and various industrial applications.
Available in diameters from 3mm to 200mm with standard 1m-6m lengths. Custom diameter, length, and purity specifications available upon request. Surface finishes include as-extruded (smooth), machined (polished), and cast (natural).
