Color coated aluminum coils are produced from premium aluminum alloy substrates (AA1100, AA3003, AA3004, AA5005, AA5052) with PE (Polyester), HDP, or PVDF (Fluorocarbon) coating systems. Aluminum substrate offers inherent advantages over steel: lightweight (1/3 the weight of steel), natural corrosion resistance (no rust), excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior formability for complex profiles.
Widely used in architectural cladding, aluminum composite panels (ACP), ceiling systems, signage, rain gutters, and roofing applications. The coating provides additional weather protection, color options, and surface durability while the aluminum core ensures decades of maintenance-free performance. Custom colors, textured finishes, wood grain, and stone patterns available.

All aluminum coils are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Testing includes: DFT coating thickness (ASTM D7091), color measurement (ΔE≤1.0), gloss level (60° ASTM D523), T-bend flexibility, impact resistance, pencil hardness, MEK rub test, salt spray test (ASTM B117), humidity resistance, and accelerated weathering (QUV). Mill Test Certificates per EN 10204 3.1 provided.
Surface Protection: PE protective film (50-70μm) applied to top surface. Interleaving paper for mirror/metallic finishes. Edge protection rings on both coil sides.
Packaging: Coils wrapped with anti-rust paper, plastic film, secured with steel strapping. Wooden pallet base. Eye-to-sky loading. Maximum 4 tons per coil. 20ft container: up to 20 tons of aluminum coils.
Storage: Store in dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep original packaging intact until use. Use within 6 months for optimal forming and coating adhesion.
