High quality aluminum pipes are manufactured through extrusion (most common, for 6063/6061/3003 alloys) or seamless drawing processes. 6063 aluminum pipe is the preferred alloy for architectural and decorative applications due to its excellent surface finish, anodizing response, and good corrosion resistance. 6061 offers higher strength for structural applications while maintaining good corrosion resistance and weldability.
Available with mill, anodized (clear, bronze, black, gold), powder coated, or electrophoretic coated surface finishes. Custom cutting, drilling, threading, and fabrication services available.
