All stainless steel plates undergo rigorous quality control: PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing, ultrasonic thickness measurement, surface inspection, dimensional verification, and mechanical property testing. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) per EN 10204 3.1 provided with every shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) available upon request.
Packaging: PVC/PE film surface protection (single or double side), waterproof kraft paper wrapping, bundled with steel straps on wooden pallets or in seaworthy wooden crates. Corner and edge protectors applied. Custom labeling and marking available.
Shipping: Container vessel from Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai port. 20ft container: ~25 tons; 40ft container: ~27 tons. Break bulk shipment available for oversized plates.
