Pipe elbows are essential pipe fittings used to change the direction of flow in piping systems. Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° angles with Long Radius (LR = 1.5D, most common) or Short Radius (SR = 1.0D, for tight spaces) configurations. Manufactured from seamless or welded pipe/tube through hot forming, cold forming, or mandrel bending processes.
Materials include carbon steel (ASTM A234 WPB), stainless steel (ASTM A403 WP304/316L), and alloy steel (ASTM A234 WP11/WP22) for various temperature and pressure applications. Butt weld ends per ASME B16.25 for welding to matching pipe.
